Patience Pickner AIFD, PFCI, SDCF

Lives in Chamberlain, SD, a picturesque town located on the banks of the beautiful Missouri River.  Purchasing a bankrupt flower shop in 1998, she quickly turned it around by specializing in customer service, super fresh flowers and unique designs....and also by adding lots of wonderful home décor items.  Patience has been active with SDFA~, serving on the board for many years, from treasurer to president. 

She is currently the President of the North Central Chapter of AIFD.  Patience has been awarded the South Dakota Floral Associations Designer of the Year 3 times, and she was  also honored to be chosen as Business Person of the year in 2010 and 2019, as well as her store, The Picket Fence being voted as the "Best place to work".  She is currently a member of both the SAF design Team and DE design team, a past finalist of the Mayesh Design Star, a past designer at The White House, and a past member of the Fitz Design Team.

She is Co-founder of Inspired Design, a design team that spreads their love and passion for floral art across the country, through their website, stage programs, retreats and hands-on classes. Follow that party at www.inspireddesign.info
